Dr. Divya Swarup embarked on her dental journey in 1997 in India. She graduated with a gold medal in pedodontics from Rajiv Gandhi University in 2002. After working at a private practice for three years, she developed a keen interest in implant surgery. From 2006 to 2009, she pursued her residency in periodontics and oral implantology.
During her time as a resident and senior lecturer in India, as well as an associate professor at Jazan University in Saudi Arabia, she taught dental students. Additionally, she had a private practice in New Delhi, India. In 2013, she moved to the United States for the Advanced Standing DMD program and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Boston University in 2015. Since then, she has worked at dental clinics in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, focusing on enhancing her skills in digital dentistry, clear aligner therapy, and dental implants.
Currently, Dr. Swarup serves as a committee member for the BC College of Oral Health Professionals (BCCOHP) and previously served as the Dental Clinical Director at Family Health Centers in Okanogan County, Washington. When she’s not practicing dentistry, she enjoys swimming, dancing, gardening and raising her two beautiful daughters with her husband. They love the Okanagan for its beauty and excellent outdoor activities.
